Jon Duncan, General Manager. Most recently, he was at Oracle / Siebel Systems developing the
channel ecosystem for CRM, ERP, Business Intelligence and PLM applications. He has over 15 years
experience in a variety of executive, sales management, channels, sales and business development
roles at Peakstone, MobileSys, Inktomi, McAfee/Network Associates, and Digital Pathways. Jon holds
an M.B.A. from St. Mary’s College of California, graduating with College Honors, and a B.A. degree in
Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, graduating with College Honors.

Theresa Kropinak, Chief Financial Officer. In her position as Chief Financial Officer of MBS, Theresa’s primary responsibility is the oversight of all key aspects of MBS finances including financial reporting, budgeting, and pricing. She is also responsible for the oversight of other general and administrative functions such as Human Resources and Contract Administration.
Theresa has more than 20 years of related experience in finance and accounting. She spent over 15 years in the health insurance industry, serving in various key management positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and WellPoint, Inc. She comes to MBS from MAXIMUS, Inc., a Reston, VA based government contracting firm, where she was responsible for the financial oversight of MAXIMUS’ international government healthcare contracts.
Theresa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Wyoming at Laramie, WY, and also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Regis University in Denver, CO. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Richard Mainwaring, Vice President of Application Services and Consulting & Integration. Richard has more than 15 years of application services solutions, management, and delivery experience, and provides strategic planning and direction for MBS’ application service business unit. Richard has developed successful delivery services for on-site, on-shore and off-shore outsourcing solutions in the private industry sector, and is responsible for developing and implementing new service engagements. Prior to MBS, Richard cultivated his business and manufacturing knowledge through his experience as a manufacturing engineer in a printed circuit assembly manufacturing environment. Richard also founded a software solutions company providing database solutions for gas and electric utility companies. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology from Colorado State University.

Tee Ray Nolan, Vice President of Global Data Center Services. Tee Ray brings with him more than 30 years of management experience, with the last decade being dedicated to global IT infrastructure services. As Managing Director and Vice President at his previous companies, Tee Ray has an extensive background in IT Infrastructure Management, Test Lab Management, Call Centers and Internal Operations servicing both small and Fortune 500 companies. At MBS, Tee Ray is responsible for providing clear vision while developing successful global IT delivery services for our expanding customer base.
