Alaska Native-Owned & 8(a) Certified

The combination of Alaska Native[1] ownership and 8(a) certification by the Small Business Administration[2] affords Managed Business Solutions (MBS) special consideration in federal government contract procurement as defined by Federal law and the Federal Acquisition Regulations.

MBS is certified as a Participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program, and certified as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) in the Federal Government's SDB program.

With the above certifications MBS can:

	Receive Federal Contract set-asides
	Receive Sole Source Awards with no competition, no advertisement and no protest
	Receive Sole Source Contracts regardless of the dollar amount
